She performed the songs Quinceañera (Quinceañera), Rosalinda (Rosalinda), Marimar (Marimar) and María la del barrio (María la del barrio) respectively. The event was broadcasted via live streaming on November 4 at televisa.com/grandestemasdetelenovela and on December 21 on Canal 2 (Canal de las Estrellas) of Televisa and on Univision in United States.

I don't think she sang live. The sound is too clear and perfect and no noise at all. In a live recording you can here the background noise and singing is not so perfect and clear. So it is a pre-recorded soundtrack.
